Refund & Return Policy
At UnholyInkOfficial.com, we deliver unapologetic style—and we stand behind every rebellious design. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, let us know within 30 days of receipt, and we’ll set things right if the error is on our end. For packages lost in transit, please file your claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

How to Report an Issue:
If you spot a problem with any product or order, submit a problem report via our support email: support@unholyinkofficial.com.

Return Process & Liability:

  • Our default return address is our designated fulfillment facility. If a returned package isn’t claimed within 30 days, it will be donated to charity.

  • Should you provide an insufficient shipping address, the courier may return the package. In such cases, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will incur reshipment fees, payable by you.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sealed goods, such as face masks, are non-returnable once unsealed for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Orders canceled due to buyer’s remorse are generally non-refundable. (Note: For customers in Brazil, returns must be requested within 7 consecutive days of receipt with photographic evidence; such requests will be evaluated to ensure the product is unused.)

EU Consumer Notice:
Under EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or sealed items unsealed after delivery.
